If you submit the project brief or contact form, we may process the data you provide, in particular:

• your name or company name,
• your e-mail address,
• information about your project, website, service or request,
• other information you voluntarily enter in the form.

3. Why the data is processed

Data submitted through the form is used only to reply to your request, prepare a proposed scope of work or continue communication about the project.

The data is not sold and is not used for newsletter communication unless you give separate consent for that.

4. Forms

Forms on this website are handled by Netlify Forms. This means that submitted messages may be stored and made available to the website administrator in the Netlify dashboard and through e-mail notifications.

Do not submit sensitive data, passwords, payment data or information that is not needed to respond to your request.

5. Traffic analytics

This website uses Netlify Web Analytics for basic traffic measurement, such as pageviews, visited pages and general traffic locations.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity or remarketing tools.

6. Cookies

Foldmark Studio does not use marketing or advertising cookies.

The website may use technical mechanisms necessary for hosting, security, forms or basic website operation. These mechanisms are not used for advertising profiling.

For this reason, we currently do not display a cookie banner.

7. Who may process the data

Data may be processed by technical service providers necessary to operate the website, in particular Netlify as the provider of hosting, forms and analytics.

Data may also be processed by the e-mail service provider if communication takes place by e-mail.

8. How long the data is stored

Form data is stored for the time needed to handle the request, prepare a proposal or continue project-related communication.

If cooperation does not start, you may request deletion of the data concerning you.

9. Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, restriction of processing or deletion, unless further storage is required by law or settlement obligations.
