Sztanga („Aplikacja") to dziennik treningowy działający lokalnie w przeglądarce. Korzystając z Aplikacji, akceptujesz niniejszy regulamin. Autorem i właścicielem Aplikacji jest Bartłomiej Trybuś („Autor").Sztanga (the "App") is a workout log that runs locally in your browser. By using the App you accept these terms. The author and owner of the App is Bartłomiej Trybuś (the "Author").

§2LicencjaLicense

Otrzymujesz niewyłączną licencję na korzystanie z Aplikacji do własnego, osobistego użytku. Nie wolno jej odsprzedawać, redystrybuować, dekompilować w celu kopiowania ani udostępniać jako własnego produktu.You receive a non-exclusive license to use the App for your own personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, decompile in order to copy, or present it as your own product.

§3Własność i prawa autorskieOwnership & copyright

Kod, nazwa „Sztanga", układ i treści Aplikacji są chronione prawem autorskim i pozostają własnością Autora. Twoje dane treningowe należą w całości do ciebie.The code, the "Sztanga" name, the layout and the content of the App are protected by copyright and remain the property of the Author. Your training data belongs entirely to you.

§4Cena, płatność i dostawaPrice, payment & delivery

W okresie bety Aplikacja jest udostępniana bezpłatnie. Po zakończeniu bety dostęp będzie jednorazowo płatny — bez subskrypcji. Sprzedaż i płatność obsługuje zewnętrzny sprzedawca (Gumroad) na podstawie własnego regulaminu; to on jest stroną transakcji zakupu.During beta the App is provided free of charge. After beta, access will be a one-time purchase — no subscription. Sales and payment are handled by an external seller (Gumroad) under its own terms; it is the party to the purchase transaction.

§5Prawo odstąpieniaRight of withdrawal

Aplikacja jest treścią cyfrową dostarczaną natychmiast. Zasady odstąpienia od umowy i zwrotów dla zakupów płatnych reguluje sprzedawca obsługujący transakcję (Gumroad), zgodnie z obowiązującym prawem konsumenckim.The App is digital content delivered immediately. Withdrawal and refund rules for paid purchases are governed by the seller handling the transaction (Gumroad), in line with applicable consumer law.

§6Brak gwarancjiNo warranty

Aplikacja jest dostarczana „tak jak jest", bez gwarancji nieprzerwanego lub bezbłędnego działania. Dokładamy starań, by działała poprawnie na aktualnych przeglądarkach, ale nie gwarantujemy zgodności z każdym urządzeniem.The App is provided "as is", without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We make every effort to keep it working on current browsers, but we do not guarantee compatibility with every device.

§7Twoje dane i odpowiedzialnośćYour data & liability

Twoje dane są przechowywane wyłącznie lokalnie. Rób regularne kopie (eksport JSON) — wyczyszczenie danych przeglądarki, awaria urządzenia lub odinstalowanie mogą je usunąć. W granicach dozwolonych prawem Autor nie ponosi odpowiedzialności za utratę danych ani szkody wynikłe z korzystania z Aplikacji.Your data is stored locally only. Make regular backups (JSON export) — clearing browser data, device failure or uninstalling can remove it. To the extent permitted by law, the Author is not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of the App.

W sprawach nieuregulowanych stosuje się prawo polskie. Wersją wiążącą regulaminu jest wersja polska.Matters not covered here are governed by Polish law. The binding version of these terms is the Polish one.
